Return and Exchanges

Please note: This policy applies only to purchases made on this website. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

In case you change your mind, simply send back the item(s) in question and we will issue a refund. Please keep in mind that our Satisfaction Guarantee Promise is only valid under the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging in perfect condition.
• You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Note: If applicable, the purchase value of the returned product will be refunded, but not the original shipping cost.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

1. Email us your order details to info@happycallaustralia.com.au
2. Send your unwanted item(s) back to one of our addresses in Melbourne, along with a copy of your invoice.
3. Once we receive the product(s) and conduct an inspection, we will process the refund.
